  Recently visited here and had a fantastic time. You get to sample a lot of the bitters & whatever seasonal liquors they have in stock. They have a small tour where they show you the mechanics of the distilling process. Very interesting and makes you appreciate what the “little guys” of the distilling world are crafting together. You will not be able to leave without purchasing a reasonably priced bottle of something delicious.

  Great stop for spirits and bitters. Staff are friendly, let you try all the options.

  Love Dillons, did the tour last years and loved it, friendly informative fun tour of my very favourite Gin! The unfiltered is just amazing! As is the strawberry! Also the vermouth, and the absinthe!

  Stopped here on the way to a wedding. Nice woman offered us numerous samples (cherry, limoncello, and absinthe), which were delicious.
  
  Loved that they had local chocolates, vintage glassware, and their own products for sale.
  
  The building's decor is really well done and is open and airy. I'd love to come back for a full tour some time!

  Good distillery with a decent tour rate that does include four tastings after. They are a growing business and their passion shows in what they do and the chances they give the staff to create something new and different. Definitely check them out.
